Public Service Commission Water Rate Commission Water Rate Increase Public Hearing

In 2017, the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC) mandated that the Darien Water Works and Sewer System (Utility) apply for a conventional rate study as the Utility had operated at a deficit for the previous two years. The PSC will hold a public hearing relating to the rate study and the proposed increase to water rates and public fire protection rates on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, at 1:30 p.m. at Darien Village Hall. The public is encouraged to attend to gather information and voice opinions.
