Spring Election Results

There was a Spring Election on April 7th, 2026 in the Village of Darien. The contests on the ballot included: Just of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals Judge District 2, County Supervisors for each district and Village Trustee (3 seats), and the Delavan-Darien School Board (2 seats).

Village residents voted at Village Hall in the Board Room, and the polls were open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The total number of votes cast for Village Trustees was 258.

Greg Epping was on the ballot and received 214 votes.

The total number of write-in votes was 44.

Mark Wenzel received 21 write-in votes.

Tom Carney received 10 write-in votes.

Kevin Atkinson received 6 write-in votes.

Jim Abbot received 2 write-in votes.

The total number of single name write-in votes was 5.
